Our Information Security Policy

As Drivee Teknoloji Otomotiv Filo Kiralama Ticaret A.S., our purpose is to secure every information asset in any form, together with the locations and processes used in carrying out our company's activities, in line with the principles of confidentiality, integrity and availability.

The scope covers all information assets used in our operations, the locations where they are held, and the processes that create, transmit, store or destroy them.

To achieve this purpose, we commit to:

• Meeting and exceeding the requirements set out by laws, standards and our own procedures on information security matters.
• Managing the Information Security Management System in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001.
• Establishing the organizational structure, resources and infrastructure required so that information security breaches can be reported and acted upon in the shortest possible time.
• Bringing the storage, transmission, modification, access and processing of our information assets under control on the basis of current best practice, establishing in-process controls under the principle of segregation of duties, and ensuring the continuity of all activities.
• Announcing this policy to all our employees and providing the resources and training required for it to be put into practice.
• Carrying out internal audits to oversee conformity with and continual improvement of the Information Security Management System, and taking their results into account in management review meetings.
• Taking all internal and external issues into account within the scope of the Information Security Management System, including climate change, and adapting the necessary activities and controls to climate change matters and risks.
• Taking the information security performance of suppliers and contractors, and of their subcontractors, into account when selecting them, and cooperating with them on ISMS matters.
• Working constructively with public institutions, individuals and citizens concerned on ISMS matters.
• Executing the necessary sanctions in the event of security breaches.

The Information Security Management System is managed in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001.

Conformity and continual improvement are overseen through internal audits, and the results of those audits are reviewed in management review meetings.
